About Us:
Tiago Community Child Care was established in 1989. We are a fully licensed daycare, operating under the Day Nurseries Act.
Many of Tiago's staff members here have been with us since our opening day in 1989. Parents at our centre highlight long-term staff as what really sets Tiago apart. They are passionate about their work, form close relationships with parents and the children, and many families keep in touch on a personal level after they graduate.

Open Year Round!
Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm
Open on TDSB PA days and TDSB Board Days (March Break, Christmas Break, etc)
Programs
Pre-school Program
The program is for children ages 2½ - 5 (Senior Kindergarten). Children form friendships, learn skills of sharing, interacting, as well as creative and motor skill development.
There is a junior outdoor playground, all the equipment needed to play house (play kitchen, dolls, furniture), a water and sand table, books, and the school gymnasium for fun after school hours!
School-Age Program
The program is for children aged 6-11 (Grades 1-5). Children in this program enjoy the senior outdoor playground, participate in arts and crafts, board, card, and computer based games, and get outside to burn off all kinds of energy in the playground and sports field! Children in this program also use the school gymnasium after school hours.
Summer Camp Program
Keep the kids happy, healthy, learning, and engaged all summer long! Providing care to children 2½ - 11, come join the fun! The summer program is a great time to join the daycare and get oriented to the program before the school year. We hope to see you soon!
